Apertura is seeking a proactive Administrative & Data Associate to support client communications, invoice follow-ups, database management, reporting, and marketing research tasks. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, experienced in project or data management, and eager to learn accounting software and project management tools.
Responsibilities

Fill out databases and make reports weekly in Excel.

Invoice reminders and communicate constantly with our clients via email and voice calls.

Learn to use our accounting software to follow the tasks

Requirements:
Professional experience as a bank or company analyst or in asset management
Knowledge of project management software
Experience with Google Docs and MS Excel (creating spreadsheets and using advanced formulas)
Be able to work with deadlines
Excellent analytical capabilities
Ability to present financial data using detailed reports and graphs
